The main component of C6 water repellent agent is PFHS (perfluorohexane sulfonyl compound or sulfonate), which contains few PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid and salt) and PFOS (perfluorooctane sulfonyl), so it is a good substitute for C8 water repellent agent.
