Introducing：

Nylon commonly dyeing using acid dyes with high dyeing rate and color fastness. Acid dyes are divided into strong acid dyes, weak acid dyes and neutral dyes. When dyestuff dyed nylon, the dyeing rate was fast, the diffusivity and migration was poor. Therefore, leveling agent and retarding agent should be added to reduce the dyeing speed and to prevent color defect. At the same time, the control of the pH value is also very important. In order to slow dyeing rate at low temperature, the pH value should not be too small. PH slider can slowly release acid as the temperature rising, and slowly change the pH value of dye bath. It plays a very important role in regulating pH value and dying rate.

Application：

The main role of levelling agent, retarding agent and pH sliding agent is to control the dispersion of dyestuff and dyeing rate, and to prevent uneven dyeing phenomenon. It is possible to use the softener in the bath to improve the hand-feeling of fabric and to prevent creases. In order to improve the fastness of nylon, choose fixing agent.
