Ultra-Fresh offers
valuable protection for polymers. It can be incorporated into a wide variety of
plastics and polymeric materials to prolong their life, maintain their
aesthetic appeal and reduce surface bioburden.
Ultra-Fresh is suitable
for most polymer types including, but not limited to, PU, PVC, PE, HDPE, LDPE,
PP, PA, EVA, PES, polycarbonate, epoxy resins, rubber and styrenics. In
addition, our antimicrobial treatments are applicable to all types of polymer
manufacturing including injection or rotational moulding, extrusion, blown
film, calendaring or coatings and is added by direct addition or in the form of
a masterbatch.

1.Ultra-Fresh DM-25
Ultra-Fresh DM-25 is a non-aqueous solution formulated with octyl
isothiazolinone blended into a non-phthalate carrier. It is a broad spectrum
antimicrobial treatment designed to protect against odors, staining and
degradation caused by microbial contamination in susceptible materials.
Ultra-Fresh DM-25 is effective for use in industrial and outdoor
textiles. PVC, PU foams, polyolefins and plastic films will also benefit from
treatment. Emulsions including coatings, adhesives, paint and latex can also be
treated for durable protection against microbial spoilage.

2.Ultra-Fresh DW-30
Ultra-Fresh
DW-30 is a non-aqueous dispersion formulated to prevent unpleasant odors,
degradation, and discoloration as a result of microbial contamination in
susceptible materials such as foams, rubber, non-aqueous coatings, adhesives,
PVC, grout, mortar and mastics.
Ultra-Fresh
DW-30 is engineered to provide a low VOC profile and
contains zinc pyrithione and thiabendazole in a non-phthalate carrier for a
broad spectrum, highly effective, antimicrobial treatment.
Ultra-Fresh DW-30 is easily incorporated into normal processing steps at
the point of manufacture and is an environmentally friendly alternative to
arsenic based antimicrobial options.
3.Ultra-Fresh DW-56
Ultra-Fresh DW-56 is an aqueous dispersion engineered for
use as a highly effective, broad spectrum, antimicrobial agent. Containing a
blend of zinc pyrithione and thiabendazole, Ultra-Fresh DW-56 prevents odor
generation, discoloration and product degradation caused by bacteria, fungi and
algae.
Ultra-Fresh DW-56 is formulated to provide excellent
antimicrobial properties in a wide range of applications including (but not
limited to) textiles, feathers and down, water-based emulsions, coatings,
adhesives, grout, mortar, mastics and latex.
