Dyeing auxiliaries for PAN

Introducing:
The dyeing properties of acrylic fiber are closely related to the amount of second and third monomers, especially the third monomers. The high content of the second monomer makes the fiber structure relaxed and beneficial to the dye diffusion. The third monomer can provide a dye carrier for cationic dyestuff. The acidic group in the fiber is the fixing point of the dyes. The higher content of the third monomer, the dyeing rate of the cationic dye, and the dyeing saturation value of the fiber will be higher. The glass transition temperature of acrylic fiber has a great influence on dyeing property. Under the glass transition temperature, it is difficult for cationic dye to enter the interior of the fiber. The plasticization of water can reduce the glass transition temperature of acrylic fiber down to 70-85℃when dyeing. The dyeing rate increases suddenly when the temperature is higher than the glass transition temperature, which is easy to cause color defect.
Application:
In order to ensure the uniformity of cationic dyeing, retarding agent and levelling agent are essential additives. The precipitation preventing agent can prevent dyes agglutination precipitating, remain cloth, and dyeing vat cleaning.
